RAC TRAC 2007 in Las Vegas Conference RecapRelocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC) held our 4th annual "RAC Trac" on May 15th-17th, 2007 at Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas. This is RAC's annual educational offering which is open to all appraisers and those individuals involved with ordering and/or reviewing relocation appraisals. Course content was focused on the unique valuation challenges and business aspects of relocation appraising, with special emphasis this year on the changing real estate market and how it affects all involved.
