    This 4-hour seminar provides licensed appraisers with a practical and comprehensive overview of the appraiser’s role in litigation support, including expert witness responsibilities, legal frameworks, standards of practice, and risk management strategies.

  • Developing Complex Appraisal Assignments with Real World Experiences with Brent Henry, SRA, AI-RRS

  • Byron Miller, SRA, AI-RRS, ASA, RAA, MSSE will lead this session as attendees understand the vital information related to condemnation and how to avoid bias in appraising.

  • Lyle Radke from Fannie Mae will explain the rationale for revising the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), describe the structure of the new standard (3.6), and show where to find helpful resources. He will also walk through recent Selling Guide appraisal policy changes including time adjustments, hybrid appraisals, and ANSI. He will provide an update on the Appraisal Quality Management program (AQM), share case studies of pitfalls to avoid, and answer any questions.
